Steps to the Date of Cruise
To cruise with Mizuha, we offer private charter or shared cruises.
Flow of reservation process is different. See the explanation below.
Enjoy Private Charter

（We may not be able to take your call during a cruise. Please leave your message.)
We will reply within 48 hours whether we can accept your reservation or not.
（Our reply may be delayed if your reservation request is sent during our holidays)
If we are able to take your reservation request, we send you a reservation confirmation by e-mail.
Within 10 days from your receipt of the confirmation, pay full cruise fare through Paypal. Without Paypal membership, still you can process your payment online. If your payment is not received by the stated due date, your reservation is automatically cancelled.
Meet us at the pier at least 15 minutes before departure. We value punctuality.
Sit back and relax with Mizuha!
If you have remaining balance, pay before disembark, in cash.
Arrive at the pier you desingated at the reservation.

Your reservation is confirmed on real-time basis for a shared tour.
You will receive a reservation confirmation mail.
Meet us at the pier informed in the reservation confirmation at least 15 minutes before departure. We value punctuality.
