Tokyo Bay Area Keihin Canal and Container Liner Yard Cruise Apr.27(from Nihonbashi to Asashio)

Departing from Nihonbashi, we come down Sumida River coming into the port area.
First we visit connecting canalsto the Port of Tokyo, Shibaura Canal and Keihin Canal, made around early 1940's.
You will also see some container liners docking at Shinagawa Container Yard, with gantry cranes loading or unloading containers. Enjoy exhilarating cruising with magnificent view. Arriving pier is Asashio Pier.

=Notes on Cruising at Port of Tokyo=
This route goes to a wide-open port area. We may encounter sprays and some bumpy conditions. We recommend you to come with casual attire you do not have to worry about getting wet. Even if it is sunny, we may have to give up going into a port area if wind blows strongly. In such case we take an alternative route for safety reasons.
