Combo ticket with Tenugui cotton towel, Yen6,700
Kiyosu Bridge of 1928 is said to be the most graceful bridge among the bridges over Sumida River. This is our most favorite bridge and we put its shape into our logo mark. Nihonbashi's established shop Todaya, who handles a traditional stencil-dyed craft "tenugui" cotton towel made us a tenugui of Kiyosu Bridge.
Combo ticket of Tokyo City of Water Cruise and Kiyosu Bridge tenugui is Yen6,700 (cruise ticket is Yen5,500). Regular price of tenugui only is Yen1,650. If you’d like this special souvenir, please select the Combo Ticket when booking. We’ll present your tenugui on board.
Combo ticket with our original Nihonbashi Tenugui cotton towel, Yen6,900
Upgrade your cruise experience with our Combo Ticket, which includes an original tenugui (Japanese cotton towel) designed and hand-dyed by Todaya, a long-established stencil-dyeing shop in Nihonbashi.
This exclusive tenugui illustrates the past, present, and future of Nihonbashi in one beautiful scene:
-
The past is portrayed with riverside fish market warehouses, rowing boats, fish sellers with shoulder poles, and horse-drawn carriages.
-
The present features the iconic Nihonbashi Bridge (since 1911), modern cars, Mitsukoshi Department Store, kayakers, and our cruise boat Mizuha.
-
The future is imagined with a Nihonbashi Bridge free from the elevated highway currently overhead.
You’ll also spot Edo-period samurai, Meiji-era parents and children, and people of today all cruising together—blending history and the present across time and water.
This tenugui is normally priced at Yen1,750, but is available for Yen1,400 when you choose the combo ticket with the cruise, Yen350 discount.
If you’d like this special souvenir, please select the Combo Ticket when booking. We’ll present your tenugui on board.
Combo ticket with our original river map cotton bag, Yen6,500
To better address the growing global concern over marine plastic pollution, we have reimagined our complimentary plastic river map folder and introduced a cotton faric edition. The new cotton bag reflects our commitment to reducing plastic waste and supporting a more sustainable future.
Because this environmentally responsible version costs approximately eight times more to produce than the former plastic folder, we chose not to distribute the cost across all ticket prices. Instead, it is now offered as an optional purchase for those who wish to support this initiative and take home a meaningful and memorable keepsake. While not available as a standalone retail item, it is priced more affordably than similarly sized cotton bags commonly found in stores.
The bag is ideal for a shopping bag or a organizer for personal items, can be folded compactly for easy carrying, and accommodates A4-sized documents horizontally.
